The Project
Welcome to ReJenerate! It's hard to sum up what this project is in just a few words, because already it's a lot of things. And, when the construction is fully completed, and the developers have passed the torch fully on to the members, it will be so many more.
We are SO immensely grateful to all those who have supported this journey. To all of our funders, City of Madison staff & elected officials, consultants, contractors, residents, neighbors, and dear friends who have believed in the vision since day one -- you rock our world! If there is one thing we have learned, it's that affordable, equitable, accessible, sustainable, net-zero, cooperative housing is only possible with the cooperation of many. We thank you for walking along side us over the past three and a half years.
